Instructions
Pizza Dough
Add to a large bowl your warm water and yeast. Stir and mix. Allow your yeast to proof for about five minutes.
After the five minutes, add in your sugar, flour, olive oil and salt. Mix until fully incorporated.
Knead with the dough hook for about five minutes on a medium speed if using a stand mixer. If using your hands, transfer the dough ball to a lightly floured surface and knead for about 10 minutes.
Transfer your dough ball to a lightly oiled bowl. Cover with a clean towel for 2 hours, or until doubled in size.
Pizza Assembly
Once your dough has doubled in size, remove your dough ball to a lightly floured surface. Divide the ball into four sections. Roll your pizza using a rolling pin until it is 1/8 inch thick. Cut your pizza shapes using your cookie cutter of choice.
Spray your air fryer with cooking oil. Transfer your pizza dough shapes to your air fryer basket. Top the pizza bases with pizza sauce, smearing evenly. Add the pepperoni and top with mozzarella cheese.
Repeat step 2 until all your pizzas have been assembled. With your air fryer preheated to 350F/175C, cook for 7-8 minutes or until golden brown.
