In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, garlic, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Divide the mixture into 4 and shape each one into a patty that is no thicker than ¾”.
Spray your air fryer basket lightly with olive oil spray and add the turkey burgers. Cook at 375F for 10-12 minutes, or until the burgers register 165F on an instant read thermometer.
Add one slice of cheese to the top of each burger and close air fryer. Do not turn on, let the residual heat melt the cheese.
Serve with your choice of garnishes. Store any leftover burgers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
