Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine the turkey, garlic, salt, and Worcestershire sauce. Divide the mixture into 4 and shape each one into a patty that is no thicker than ¾”.
Spray your air fryer basket lightly with olive oil spray and add the turkey burgers. Cook at 375ºF/190ºC for 10-12 minutes, or until the burgers register 165ºF/74ºC on an instant read thermometer.
Add one slice of cheese (if using) to the top of each burger and close the air fryer. Do not turn on, let the residual heat melt the cheese.
Serve with your choice of garnishes. Store any leftover burgers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven.
