Air Fryer Maple Dijon Chicken is going to be your new favorite way to cook chicken! Packed with tons of flavor, this easy weeknight dinner is a winner every time!
In a small bowl mix together the mustard, maple syrup, soy sauce, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, smoked paprika and oil. Whisk together to combine.
Put chicken breasts into a gallon sized ziploc baggie. Add mustard mixture to baggie. Seal baggie then gently turn and toss to help cover the chicken. Place the bag of chicken in the fridge to marinate for 60 minutes.
Remove the chicken from the bag and place into the air fryer. Air Fry at 350ºF/177ºC for 16-18 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165ºF/74ºC.
