Air Fryer Snickerdoodle Cookies are a deliciously easy recipe that is sure to get your mouth watering! Make up a batch in no time and share them with your nearest and dearest. Or don’t. We won’t judge you!
Preheat your air fryer to 325°F for 3 minutes.Beat together your butter, white sugar, and brown sugar.
Add in your egg and vanilla. Mix.
Add in your baking soda, cream of tartar, salt, and cinnamon. Mix.Add in your flour half a cup at a time. Mix at each interval.
Using a 2-tablespoon cookie scoop, scoop out your cookie batter. Form into a ball, rolling between your palms.In a separate bowl, mix your cinnamon-sugar mixture.
Roll your cookie dough ball in the cinnamon-sugar mixture to fully coat it.
With your air fryer preheated, place a piece of parchment paper in your air fryer.Add your cookie dough to your air fryer. My air fryer could fit four cookies at one time. They should be at least 2 inches apart.
Cook at 325°F/162ºC for 7 minutes. Air fryer times vary. You can make sure that your cookies are fully cooked by sticking a toothpick in the center of them. If your toothpick comes out clean it is cooked in the center.
Using a spatula, transfer your cookies to a cooling rack and allow your cookies to cool.Enjoy warm with a glass of milk, or store in an airtight container for up to five days.
