Air Fryer Beef Tenderloin Fajitas use beef strips, air frying makes them so tender and delicious. A taste of Mexico is a super treat for the weekend. All the ingredients are cooked together in the air fryer and they are completed from start to finish in 25 minutes, so they are a treat for the chef too!
Slice beef and vegetables into fajita size slices.
Place peppers and onions into a mixing bowl, coat lightly with oil and season with 1-2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning. Place in the air fryer basket.
In the same mixing bowl, add the meat and coat lightly with oil. Season with the remaining fajita seasoning.
Place the beef on top of the vegetables in the air fryer basket.
Cook on 380F/195C for 10 minutes.
Remove the fajitas from the air fryer basket and fix in the flour or corn tortillas. Add toppings like sour cream, cilantro, salsa, queso fresco, and lime.
