Ingredients
12ozSmoked beef sausageor your choice of sausage
1red bell pepperdiced
1Green bell pepperdiced
2jalapenosseeds removed, diced
1/2Yellow Oniondiced
4mediumgolden potatoes
1/2tspsalt
1/2tsppepper
1tspcreole seasoning
1tsporegano
2tbspolive oil
Instructions
Preheat your air fryer at 380°F/195°C for 3 to 5 minutes.Add all your ingredients to a large bowl.
Stir together to make sure all the seasonings and the oil are fully incorporated, then transfer to your air fryer basket.
Cook at 380°F/195°C for 15 minutes or until the potatoes are tender. (You will know the potatoes are ready by sticking a fork in them, and they are soft.) Shake every 3 minutes.Remove and plate. Enjoy warm!
