Mix together the flour and salt, then add greek yogurt, yeast, honey, 1 egg, and room-temperature butter. Mix all of the ingredients together and knead the dough for 7-10 minutes until it forms a smooth ball.
Drizzle a bit of olive oil in a glass bowl and add the dough. Cover with plastic wrap and let the dough rise for 1 hour (it should double in size).
Cut the dough into small chunks and roll into small, bite-sized balls.
In a small bowl, whisk 1 egg. Brush the dough balls with egg and sprinkle them with bagel seasoning.
Place the dough balls in the air fryer and cook at 300°F (150°C) for 15 minutes.
Notes
This recipe can be made in an air fryer unit with a basket or an air fryer oven. If you are using an air fryer oven, use the middle rack and choose the “Air Fry” function.
