Preheat your air fryer to 325°F (165°C) for 5 minutes.
In a large bowl, mix together the eggs, sugar, and oil.
Add the cocoa powder, vanilla, salt, flour, and baking powder. Mix well until combined.
Fold in the chocolate chunks.
Pour the batter into a 7 inch × 5 inch baking pan. Air Fry at 325°F (165°C) for 12-16 minutes.
Use a toothpick to check if the brownies are done before taking it out of the air fryer.
Notes
If you like your brownies gooey, air fry at 325°F (165°C) for 12 minutes.
If you like your brownies crispier, air fryer at 325°F (165°C) for 15-16 minutes.
This recipe can be made in an air fryer unit with a basket or an air fryer oven. If you are using an air fryer oven, use the middle rack and choose the “Air Fry” function.
