Air Fryer Cauliflower Gnocchi is not only easy to make, but it's also a delicious and healthy alternative to traditional potato gnocchi. Made with Trader Joe's Frozen Cauliflower Gnocchi, this dish is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside.
Add the cauliflower gnocchi to a bowl. Toss with olive oil and kosher salt until well coated.
Place the frozen cauliflower gnocchi to the air fryer basket in a single layer, ensuring that the gnocchi is not touching.
Air fry at 380°F/195°C for 15-18 minutes, until crispy. Flip the cauliflower gnocchi 2-3 times throughout cooking to ensure the gnocchi gets crispy.
Serve with your favorite sauce or some melted butter, grated parmesan cheese and fresh parsley.
Notes
I like to add just salt to my cauliflower gnocchi before air frying, but you can add your favorite seasonings. Garlic salt, dried herbs, or a sprinkle of parmesan cheese are also great options.
If you like your cauliflower gnocchi really crispy, you will want to air fry it for the full 18 minutes.
It’s important to make sure that the cauliflower is not touching each other because they will stick together as they cook.
Air fryer cauliflower gnocchi is great as a snack dipped in marinara sauce or tossed in your favorite sauce for a main meal.
