Air Fryer Crusted Parmesan Salmon is a delicious, easy recipe that could be a quick weeknight meal, but it is also good enough to serve for a fancy dinner. There are a lot of ingredients in this recipe, but it is ready in less than 30 minutes from scratch!
Preheat the air fryer to 350°F/175°C. Line a sheet that fits your air fryer basket with parchment paper.Combine Parmesan, panko, chives, and lemon zest in a mixing bowl. Stir in the olive oil and set aside.
Salt and pepper the fillets.Combine melted butter, mustard, and minced garlic in a small bowl.Brush the top of the salmon generously with garlic butter.
Press the tops and sides of the salmon into the panko parmesan mixture. Place in the prepared tray.
Place tray in the air fryer basket, spray salmon with oil, cook for 10 minutes or until golden brown on top.
Wine Sauce
Add the wine, garlic, chives, cilantro, and butter to a medium saucepan over medium heat. Bring to a simmer. Reduce by three-fourths.
Once reduced, add the cream and reduce for 3 minutes, until the sauce slightly thickens. Serve with lemon, garnish, and the side of your choice.
