An air fryer Egg McMuffin is the perfect grab-and-go breakfast. Quick and easy, these air fryer breakfast sandwiches turn out just like the ones from Micky D's.

Ingredients
4English muffins
4eggs
4 slices Canadian bacon
4slices cheddar cheese
2tbspbutter room temperature
1 tspsalt
1 tsp pepper
Instructions
Cut the English muffins in half and lightly butter each side.
Place the English muffins in the air fryer basket and toast at 400°F (200ºC) for 3-5 minutes. Set aside when done cooking.
Place the Canadian bacon in the air fryer and cook at 350°F (180°C) for 2–3 minutes.
Spray the parchment paper, foil, or air fryer basket with oil, then put round egg molds in the basket. Crack 1 egg into each mold. Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Cook the eggs at 380°F (195ºC) for 6 minutes.
Assemble your Egg McMuffins. Place a slice of cheese on the bottom half of the muffin, then the egg, then the Canadian bacon, followed by the top half of the muffin.
Notes
This recipe can be made in an air fryer unit with a basket or an air fryer oven. If you are using an air fryer oven, use the middle rack and choose the “Air Fry” function.
