Air Fryer Lamb Chops are cooked perfectly in under 10 minutes. These lamb chops are perfectly seasoned with a flavorful marinade and make an impressive dinner for your family or guests.
Gather all ingredients and measure each ingredient.
In a large bowl or plastic zipper bag, combine olive oil, vinegar, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the lamb and toss to coat, rubbing the marinade into the meat.
Cover or seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
Add lamb chops to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway. 125F is rare, 135F is medium-rare, 145F is medium and 150-160F is medium-well to well-done.
Repeat with remaining chops, if any. Allow chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven. If you are using the air fryer oven, use the middle rack and select the "Air Fry" function.
Note: depending on the size of the chops you may want to double the marinade ingredients for more coverage.
