Air fryer pigs in a blanket are a quick and easy snack that the whole family will love! Soft and fluffy crescent dough, a warm smoked sausage, and your favorite dipping sauce– it’s that simple!
Line the bottom of your air fryer with parchment paper and set it aside– no need to preheat it!
Unroll the crescent sheet and use a pizza cutter to cut it into 16 ½” thick strips. Make sure to cut along the shorter side of the rectangle– the strips should be ½” thick and 8” long.
Then cut the strips in half the other way to create 32 pieces of dough that are ½” thick and 4” long.
Roll one piece of dough around one mini sausage and pinch the end to ensure it won’t come unrolled. Repeat with the remaining dough and sausages.
Place a few pigs in a blanket on top of the parchment paper but make sure not to overcrowd the pan as the dough will puff up as it cooks.
Air fry the pigs in a blanket at 320F for 7 minutes, or until they are golden brown.
Remove the pigs in a blanket to a serving platter and continue to cook them in batches until they are all ready.
Serve with your favorite dipping sauce and enjoy.
