Preheat your air fryer to 400F/204C for 5 minutes.
Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Rub both sides of the pork chops with oil.
In a small mixing bowl, combine the brown sugar and spices.
Combine the spices and rub both sides of the pork chops with the mixture.
Place the pork chops in a single layer in the basket of the air fryer.
Air Fry for 8-9 minutes, flipping halfway through. Don't forget to let them rest for 5 minutes before eating them!

Allow pork chops to rest for 3-5 minutes before serving or slicing.
For bone-in pork chops, check doneness near the bone at the end of cook time. Add more time if needed.
Safe pork cooking temperature is a minimum of 145°F (63°C).
