Place the raw shrimp in a bowl and season with salt, pepper, taco seasoning, melted butter, and lime juice.
Chop up cabbage, tomatoes, onions, cilantro, and jalapeños.
Place the shrimp in the Air Fryer basket. Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway through.
Warm up your tortillas in the microwave, then prepare your tacos by filling each tortilla with shredded cabbage, diced tomatoes, and onion.
Add the cooked shrimp to the tacos, then top with chopped cilantro and jalapeños.

This recipe can be made in an air fryer unit with a basket or an air fryer oven. If you are using an air fryer oven, use the middle rack and choose the “Air Fry” function.
