For a fun twist on pizza, try making Air Fryer Garlic Knot Pizza. Refrigerated biscuits are stuffed with pizza toppings and baked together with extra cheese for a kid-friendly, crowd-pleasing dish.
Remove the biscuit dough from the tube and cut each piece in half.
Gently stretch or roll the pieces into triangles.
Whisk together melted butter, Italian seasoning, parmesan cheese, and Garlic salt. Spread the mixture onto one side of each dough piece.
Top the dough pieces with mozzarella cheese and pepperoni. Set aside ¼ cup of cheese and some pepperoni for later.
Gently fold the dough pieces in half the long way (like a taco), Then pull the ends together to form a loose knot.
Place the knots into an oiled air fryer pot. Air fry at 350°F (175°C) for 12-14 minutes.
Remove from air fryer, top with remaining cheese and pepperoni. Place back into the warm air fryer and let the residual heat melt the cheese. If needed, run the air fryer for one minute to melt the cheese.
