Equipment

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Lamb Chops (Leg, Loin, or Rib, 1 inch thick)
  • 1 ½ tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar
  • 3 cloves Fresh Garlic minced
  • ½ tbsp Fresh Rosemary chopped
  • ½ tsp Kosher Salt
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper

Instructions

  • Gather all ingredients and measure each ingredient.
  • In a large bowl or plastic zipper bag, combine olive oil, vinegar, rosemary, garlic, salt, and pepper. Add the lamb and toss to coat, rubbing the marinade into the meat.
  • Cover or seal and marinate in the refrigerator for 30 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
  • Add lamb chops to the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 7-9 minutes, flipping halfway. 125F is rare, 135F is medium-rare, 145F is medium and 150-160F is medium-well to well-done.
  • Repeat with remaining chops, if any. Allow chops to rest for 5 minutes before serving.

  • Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven. If you are using the air fryer oven, use the middle rack and select the "Air Fry" function.
  • Note: depending on the size of the chops you may want to double the marinade ingredients for more coverage.
  • Pre-heating the  air fryer helps to create a brown crust on the chops.
