Air Fryer Pumpkin Spice Bites

You are going to flip for this simple recipe that starts with a roll of crescent rolls and ends with delicious, cream filled, air fryer pumpkin spice bites

  • Air fryer


  • 1 tube Crescent Rolls
  • 1 T + ½ Cup Sugar divided
  • 8 oz. Cream Cheese softened
  • 1 T Pumpkin Spice


  • Mix together the pumpkin spice along with ½ c of the sugar in a medium bowl and set aside.
  • Put the remaining sugar and softened cream cheese in a new bowl. Use a fork to mash the cream cheese to combine.
  • Unroll the crescent dough. Put roughly 1 T of the cream cheese mixture on the larger end of the crescent triangles.
  • Gently fold the crescent dough to cover the cream cheese mixture. Gently press the round disc shape between your hands. Put the bites into the spice mixture. Gently press into the mixture on both sides.
  • Place bites into the air fryer. Air Fry at 350F/177C for 8-9 minutes.
  • Remove from the air fryer and enjoy!



  • Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven. If you are using the air fryer oven, use the middle rack and select the "Air Fry" function.
  • These bites store well in the fridge and can be reheated or enjoyed cold the next day. 
  • Use parchment paper to keep the dough from sticking to the basket.
