Cut the plums in half and remove the pits. Set aside
Combine the sugar, cinnamon, ginger and syrup together. Set aside.
Baste the tops and sides of the plums with the mixture.
Place plums inside the air fryer.
Set the air fryer to 350ºF/176ºC and cook for about 12 minutes(depending on your brand of air fryer). Take a peak in after 10 minutes, check the glaze. You will see it bubble. Don’t over cook.
Take out and serve immediately. You can eat them by themselves or cut them up and top on pancakes, ice cream or your preference.
Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven.
