Rinse and clean the mushrooms and wipe off the extra water with the help of a kitchen towel. Remove the stem of the mushroom and scoop out the centre with the help of a small spoon.
Take the mushrooms in a bowl, add salt, black pepper and oil and mix everything so that all the mushrooms are coated well.
In a separate bowl take mozzarella, yellow and red bell pepper, chilli flakes, Italian seasoning, salt and black pepper. Mix everything properly.
Next stuff the filling into the mushroom, pressing it with the back of a spoon to fill the cavity.
Preheat the air fryer at 350degree F or 180degree C.
Put the mushrooms inside the air fryer basket (no need to spray any oil as the mushroom is already coated with oil). Cook for 5-6 minutes.
