Heat air fryer to 400F. Drain and rinse the chickpeas. Pat them dry with paper towels.
In a medium sized bowl, mix the chickpeas, olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and rosemary and stir together until the chickpeas are evenly coated.
Place the chickpeas in the air fryer and cook for 15 minutes or until the chickpeas are crispy and brown. Be sure to stir them half way through cooking.
Allow the chickpeas to cool completely before storing them in an airtight container at room temperature.
Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven. If you are using the air fryer oven, use the middle rack and select the "Air Fry" function.
Make sure to rinse and dry your beans well before cooking.
