1lbFilet Mignon
1tspSalt
1tspPaprika
1 tspRed Chili Flakes
1tspGarlic Powder
1tspOnion Powder
Instructions
Dice your steak up into bite sized pieces. In a small bowl, mix together your seasonings: salt, pepper, paprika, chili flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a large bowl, add your steak. Add your seasonings to the steak and mix well.
Take each individual steak bite and wrap with bacon. Secure with a toothpick.
Add each bite to your Air Fryer. Do not overcrowd. Cook at 380°F or 193°C for 12-15 minutes depending on how well done you want your bacon and steak. I cooked it at 15 for a medium steak.
Serve with A1 sauce, spicy mustard, BBQ sauce, or no sauce at all! Enjoy!
