There is no better addition to a home cooked breakfast than crispy air fryer breakfast potatoes. Learn how to make this simple and healthy breakfast side in under 25 minutes.
Gather your ingredients together as well as measuring spoons.
Peel potatoes, dice into 1 inch cubes and place in a bowl. Drizzle oil over top of the potato cubes and add spices. Stir to combine
Add spiced potatoes into the air fryer basket or air fryer tray. Air Fry for 400F/204C for 15 minutes. Be sure to shake the basket or stir the potatoes 2 times while cooking to help them to cook more evenly.
Remove potatoes from the air fryer, season with salt and pepper if you wish and enjoy!
Notes
This recipe works best with either Yukon Gold or Russet potatoes.
The potatoes will keep in the fridge for 2-3 days in an airtight container.
Reheat potatoes in air fryer for 5-7 minutes.
Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven. If you are using the air fryer oven, use the middle rack and select the "Air Fry" function.
