There's no better addition to a home-cooked breakfast than crispy air fryer breakfast potatoes! This simple and healthy breakfast side is ready in less than 25 minutes.
Wash and peel the potatoes, dice into 1 inch cubes, and place in a bowl. Drizzle oil over top of the potato cubes and add spices. Stir to combine.
Add diced and spiced potatoes to the air fryer basket or air fryer tray.
Cook at 400°F (200°C) for 15 minutes. Be sure to shake the basket or stir the potatoes twice while cooking to help them to cook more evenly.
Notes
This recipe can be made in an air fryer unit with a basket or an air fryer oven. If you are using an air fryer oven, use the middle rack and choose the “Air Fry” function.
