Ingredients
1/2loafFrench Breadcut into 1 inch cubes
1 1/4cupsHeavy whipping cream
3/4cupWhole milk
2Eggs
2cupsSugar
2TbspVanilla extract
1StickButter
2TbspButter
1/2cupButter flavored syrup
Instructions
In a mixing bowl soak half of the bread cubes with 3/4 cup of heavy cream and half of the milk. Set aside remaining bread, milk and heavy cream.
In a separate mixing bowl, beat 1 egg and stir in 1/2 cup of sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla.
Using one tablespoon of butter, grease the spring mold pan before adding the soaked bread cubes. Once soaked bread is in the pan, pour over sugar and egg mixture. Wrap bottom of pan in foil and cook on 330 for 15 minutes.
Remove pan from air fryer basket and let cool for 15 minutes before removing bread pudding.
Repeat steps 1-4 for second pudding.
In a saucepan, melt 1 stick of butter with buttered flavored syrup and 1 cup of sugar. While whisking bring sauce to a boil. Once boiling, remove from heat and let sit.
Once sauce has cooled and bread pudding have removed from pan, drizzle sauce over the bread puddings. I like to top it with butter pecan ice cream, but vanilla ice cream works too.
