Slice the head of cabbage into ½-¾ inch thick steak slices.
Spray the cabbage steaks with some oil (I like avocado), then season with salt and pepper.
Air Fry the cabbage slices at 370F/188C for 8-10 minutes. (Do not flip cabbage)
Check on cabbage, add more time if you need it crispier. Remove from air fryer and enjoy.
Repeat this process for remaining cabbage slices.
Notes
Cook time will vary based upon the thickness of your cabbage steaks and also how crispy you want your cabbage to be.
Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven. If you are using the air fryer oven, use the middle rack and select the "Air Fry" function.
