Air Fryer Chocolate Chip Oatmeal Cookies are a delicious, quick treat for the family. With a crispy outside and a chewy, chocolatey inside – just how a cookie should be!
Preheat your air fryer to 350°F/175°C.In a large bowl, beat together the brown sugar, granulated sugar, and coconut oil.
In a separate large bowl, mix the flour, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
Add 1/3 of the flour mixture to the sugar and coconut oil mixture. Mix. Repeat until both the mixtures are incorporated.
Add the vanilla extract and egg. Mix.Add the oats. Mix.Add the chocolate chips. Fold.
Place a piece of parchment paper in your air fryer.Take 2 tablespoons of the cookie dough in the palm of your hand and shape into a ball.Add as many dough balls as you can to the air fryer basket, making sure to leave at least 2 inches around them to cook and expand.
Cook in the preheated air fryer for five minutes, or until golden brown. Repeat until all dough is cooked.
Transfer the cooked cookies to a cooling rack to allow them to cool.Enjoy warm with a glass of milk!
