Ingredients
2cupsFlourself raising
4tbspButtercold, cut into pats
2⁄3cupMilkor buttermilk, plus more if needed
4Eggsscrambled
6slicesBaconcooked, diced
2slicesCheeseI used American cheese, quartered
Instructions
Add to your large bowl your flour, and butter (pro tip: shred your butter with a cheese grater. This allows the butter to incorporate into the flour better.). Using a pastry cutter, or your hands, work the butter into the flour until they resemble crumbs the size of large sized peas.
Slowly add 2/3 cup of milk and continue to mix until your mixture holds together. Add more (up to 3/4 cup) if your mixture needs more liquid in order to hold together.Transfer your ball of biscuit dough to a lightly floured flat surface.
Using a round cutter (I love to also use a large mouth mason jar!), Cut 16 round circles. To eight of your circles, evenly distribute your scrambled eggs, and bacon pieces. Top your eggs and bacon with a slice of cheese.
Add another biscuit circle on top of the cheese and pinch together to secure the sides of your biscuits.Cook for 8 minutes at 370ºF or 187ºC degrees.
Cool in the air fryer for 2 minutes after done cooking. Serve and enjoy!
