Preheat your air fryer to 375ºF (190ºC) for 3 minutes. Slice your french bread into 6 or 8 slices.
In a large bowl (large enough to dip and coat bread slices), add your eggs, milk, brown sugar, cinnamon, and vanilla. Whisk together.
Place your french bread in the egg mixture. Allow it to soak 3-4 seconds on each side.
Line your air fryer with parchment paper or an air fryer liner. Add a few slices of bread, but don't overcrowd. Cook at 375ºF (190ºC) for 8 minutes. Flip the slices over and cook on the other side for 3 minutes.
Notes
This recipe can be made in an air fryer unit with a basket or an air fryer oven. If you are using an air fryer oven, use the middle rack and choose the “Air Fry” function.
