TIPS FOR AIR FRYER BUTTERNUT SQUASH
Use a sharp knife. You need to be careful but a sharp knife is needed to cut the squash.
Use a high quality vegetable peeler. Complete disclosure, I broke mine while taking pictures of this recipe. I have invested in a new one, hopefully it lasts a long time!
If you are using small squash, you can use one than one. If you have a lot of cubes, you may need to adjust the cook time to get it evenly cooked.
Use different spices. If you have a special combination of spices you like, use them! Make this recipe your own!
This recipe can be made in an air fryer with a basket or tray. If you are using a tray, I suggest putting it on the middle section.
If your air fryer has more than one function, I would suggest using the "Air Fryer" function.
This air fryer recipe DOES reheat well, so you can make this dish ahead of time and reheat or you can use it for meal prep.
