Notes
Add some oil. While it's not necessary, a light coating of oil on the outside of the potato skins will make the skins extra crispy and delicious.
Don't forget to put holes in the potatoes! They can sort of explode if too much pressure builds up inside of them and it can't escape.
Check for doneness. Use a knife to poke the potatoes to be sure that they're done before you remove them from the air fryer.
Pro Tip: Check your food as it cooks. Each air fryer runs a bit differently. Sometimes air frying is a trial and error process. Check your food as it cooks to learn your air fryer better! When cooking a new recipe or food items be sure to check your food often to help avoid over/under cooking.
