Air Fryer Pumpkin Seeds

  • 2 c pumpkin seeds fresh from pumpkin
  • 1 T butter (dairy or non-dairy)
  • 1/2 t garlic salt


  • Wash the outside of your pumpkin. Remove the seeds and pulp from the pumpkin. Separate the seeds from the pulp as best you can. Put the seeds in a small holed strainer and rinse. Remove pulp that is stuck.
  • Put the seeds into a boiling pot of water. Boil the seeds for 5 minutes. Then drain the water and put seeds into a bowl.
  • Add melted butter and garlic salt to the pumpkin seeds. Stir to combine. Add the seeds to the air fryer basket.
  • Air Fry at 360F/183C for 15 minutes.
