Add your fish sticks in a single layer to the air fryer. (I have the Dash 6 qt. Air Fryer, which doesn’t require preheating, but if yours does, set to 400℉ to preheat.) Cook for 10 minutes at 400℉, flipping once halfway through cooking.
While the fish sticks are cooking, heat the tortillas in the microwave covered with a damp paper towel for 10-12 seconds. This will just slightly warm them, and make them more pliable.
Spread some white queso cheese dip on each tortilla. Then add salsa on top of the cheese dip.
Place a fish stick on top of the salsa. Then top with some fresh salad greens.
Finish with a sprinkle of red bell pepper, and approximately a ½ tbsp of diced peaches. Serve immediately and enjoy!!

Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven. If you are using the air fryer oven, use the middle rack and select the "Air Fry" function.
Pro Tip: Check your food as it cooks. Each air fryer runs a bit differently. Sometimes airfrying is a trial and error process. Check your food as it cooks to learn your air fryer better! When cooking a new recipe or food items be sure to check your food often to help avoid over/under cooking.
