In a large mixing bowl, combine the carrots, olive oil, garlic powder, and salt and stir until well combined.
Place them in the air fryer and cook at 400F for 15-18 minutes.
Remove basket and stir/shake them half way through cooking.
Remove from the fryer and serve immediately with dipping sauces of your choice.
Notes
I find that two large carrots per person is the perfect serving size.
Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven. If you are using the air fryer oven, use the middle rack and select the "Air Fry" function.
