Crispy Air Fryer Carrot Fries are a healthy alternative to potatoes, and ridiculously delicious! It's easy to make carrot fries in the air fryer in under 20 minutes.
Peel the carrots and cut them lengthwise into 1/4" thick sticks that are about 4 inches long.Add the carrots to a bowl.
Toss with oil, garlic powder, salt, paprika, and ground black pepper, ensuring that the carrots are well coated.
Place the carrots in the air fryer basket.
Air fry at 380°F/190°C for 18-20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
Serve immediately, garnished with fresh parsley.

Be careful not to add too much oil, or the carrot fries will not get crispy.
Do not cut your carrot fries less than 1/4-inch thick because they will burn easily.
If you cut your carrot fries thicker, they will take more time to cook. Add a minute at a time, and check the fries as they are cooking.
To make more than 1 pound of carrot fries, you will likely need to cook them in batches. You want the carrot fries to have enough space around them to crisp up while cooking
It's important to shake the air fryer basket to move the carrot sticks around at least once during the cooking time.
