How to serve these Beef Tenderloin Fajitas

These are great served in a flour or corn tortilla, just make sure you have plates and plenty of finger bowls or wipes for the drips!

Alternatively, you can just use the fajita mix as a topping for Air Fryer Baked Potatoes.

Air Fryer Beef Tenderloin Fajitas use beef strips, air frying makes them so tender and delicious. A taste of Mexico is a super treat for the weekend. All the ingredients are cooked together in the air fryer and they are completed from start to finish in 25 minutes, so they are a treat for the chef too!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs beef tenderloin
  • 2-3 bell pepper
  • 1/2 onion white onion
  • 3-4 tbsp fajita seasoning
  • tortillas flour or corn

Instructions

  • Slice beef and vegetables into fajita size slices.

  • Place peppers and onions into a mixing bowl, coat lightly with oil and season with 1-2 tablespoons of fajita seasoning. Place in the air fryer basket.

  • In the same mixing bowl, add the meat and coat lightly with oil. Season with the remaining fajita seasoning.

  • Place the beef on top of the vegetables in the air fryer basket.

  • Cook on 380F/195C for 10 minutes.
  • Remove the fajitas from the air fryer basket and fix in the flour or corn tortillas. Add toppings like sour cream, cilantro, salsa, queso fresco, and lime.
