TIPS AND TRICKS FOR AIR FRIED GREEN BEANS

  • SPICE IT UP by adding salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, lemon, and so many other combinations to this dish to make it a little different every dinner!
  • Frozen or Fresh – you can use frozen in place of fresh, but we hands down prefer fresh. We feel that fresh green beans are more crisp and don’t mush up quickly.
  • We love this as a holiday side dish, alongside, Vegan Roast.

Equipment

Ingredients

  • 2 cups green beans
  • ½ teaspoon oil

Instructions

  • Wash green beans. Cut off ends if necessary.

  • Toss green beans with oil.

  • Put green beans into air fryer basket and cook at 390 degrees F or 198 degrees C for about 10 minutes. Enjoy!

Notes

I like my beans to have a little bit of a crunch still, if you would like your beans more well done, cook 2 to 3 minutes longer. 
Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven. If you are using the air fryer oven, use the middle rack and select the “Air Fry” function.
