This treat was something that I used to enjoy as a kid.

I remember it was something that our family seemed to make when people were coming over.

This particular recipe makes about a half of a batch than traditional recipes.

Notes

Pro Tip: These snack crackers should last about a week in an air tight container. They are best eaten within a couple of days.
Pro Tip: This recipe can be made in the air fryer unit with a basket or the air fryer oven. If you are using the air fryer oven, use the middle rack and select the “Air Fry” function.
Gluten- Free? Me too! This is not a gluten-free recipe though. If you are able to find a GF cracker that is small and can be subbed in that would make it GF. Always be sure to read ingredient labels.

So delicious! But I just wanted to let you know that the oil’s not listed under the ingredients in case you want to fix it.
