Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries
Equipment
- Air fryer
- vegetable peeler
Ingredients
- 3 sweet potatoes
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp dried herbs
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp ground coriander
- 2 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Peel, wash, and dry the sweet potatoes.
- Cut the sweet potatoes into thin strips and place them in a deep bowl.
- Add salt, spices, and herbs to the bowl. Add the olive oil. Mix thoroughly.
- Place the sweet potato slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Bake at 380ºF (193ºC) for 7 minutes.
- Flip the sweet potato slices over with a spatula and air fry for another 5-6 minutes at the same temperature.
