Why You’ll Love Homemade Sweet Potato Fries

  • Healthier than French fries. Sweet potatoes are packed with nutrients—they’re a great source of vitamin A, vitamin C, and beta carotene.
  • Only organic ingredients. With just a few seasonings and a dash of olive oil, this side dish is a healthy alternative to French fries.
  • Done in a flash. Unlike oven recipes that require preheating and longer cooking times, these air fryer sweet potato fries cook for just 13 minutes.

Recipe Tips & Tricks

  • Do not stack your fries. To make sure your fries cook evenly and get crispy, make sure to place them in an even layer and flip them halfway through the cooking process.
  • Customize it with your favorite flavors. Swap the seasonings out according to your liking. We love to make them with Cajun seasoning!
  • Pair with your preferred dipping sauce. Ketchup, ranch, blue cheese dressing, caesar dressing, fry sauce—these fries work with almost any sauce.

How to Store Air Fryer Sweet Potato Fries

Put any leftovers in an airtight Tupperware container and store them in the refrigerator—they’ll last about 3-4 days. When you’re ready to eat them, just pop them in the air fryer for 3-5 minutes at 350°F (175°C).

What to Serve with Homemade Sweet Potato Fries

These crunchy sweet potato fries pair perfectly with burgers, grilled chicken, or a classic BLT. The sweet and salty combination makes them a great side dish or snack!

Personally, I love pairing them with a chicken Caesar wrap. It makes for a fantastic blend of flavors, and the sweet potato fries are delicious dipped in a homemade Caesar dressing.
