How to Serve

One of my favorite ways is to toss them with homemade sweet and sour sauce and enjoy them as a side dish or entree.

I like to use the sauce from this sweet & sour tofu recipe.

Tips and Tricks

  • If you like a softer texture throughout, you can microwave the sprouts for a few minutes to tenderize them before frying.
  • If your sprouts are burning, they may be cut too small or too thin.
  • Smaller, thinner pieces of brussel sprouts will burn more easily, while larger pieces may not cook thoroughly.
  • Depending on the size of the sprouts, you may need to cut them in halves or thirds to ensure that they cook evenly.

Can you air fry frozen Brussels sprouts?

Yep! They will cook thoroughly just like fresh sprouts, but beware that some of the crunch factor may be lost.
