  1. Remove the refrigerated biscuits from the can.
  2. Place the biscuits in the basket or tray of your fryer (parchment or oiling the basket is optional).
  3. Air Fry biscuits at 330F/165C for 9-10 minutes. Flip the biscuits over, halfway through the cooking time.
  4. Carefully remove the biscuits and serve with jam or gravy. Enjoy!

Tips and Tricks

  • Turn the biscuits over halfway through for an even cook.
  • Only cook a single layer of biscuits at a time. If you stack them, the air fryer biscuits will not cook through correctly.
  • If you have an oven-type air fryer with racks, use the middle rack.

WOW, those biscuits look so crispy and delicious. Wish I could grab one through the screen. Thanks for the idea to make these in the air fryer – I am definitely going to try soon.

  5. Ours turned out good but I was wondering, we have a bake setting on our air fryer and I wondered if I should use air fryer or bake mode?

    1. Hi Lisa! We used the air fry setting on ours, but people in our FB group have used the bake setting. If you find that it comes out a little too brown or too crunchy on top with the air fry setting, switch it over to the bake setting ๐Ÿ™‚

I love your site and consider it my *go to* for all things air fryer. On this one I think your nutritional info is way off! A biscuit averages 25 carbs so your figure of 3 carbs can’t be right! Please advise!

    1. Great catch and thanks for pointing that out! Something is definitely off there. I updated the nutrition facts based on the Pillsbury biscuits we used here. It’s 26 grams of carbs per biscuit so you were right on. Thanks again ๐Ÿ™
