  • 1 cup greek yogurt
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 1/2 tsp instant dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp butter room temperature

Instructions

  • Mix together the flour and salt, then add greek yogurt, yeast, honey, 1 egg, and room-temperature butter. Mix all of the ingredients together and knead the dough for 7-10 minutes until it forms a smooth ball.
