list of ingredients
- Cheese tortellini – The star of the show! Any brand of fresh tortellini will work here.
- Cornstarch – Cornstarch acts as a thickener for sauces and a crispy breading for meat and vegetables.
- Eggs – You’ll need three large eggs for this recipe. The eggs help the bread stick to the tortellini.
- Panko breadcrumbs – Any type of breadcrumbs can be used, including plain or panko style. You can use Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs if you want more flavor. These are delicious any way you make them!
- Italian seasoning – This blend of herbs is delicious!
- Garlic powder – This common seasoning adds lots of warm, savory flavor to our breading.
- Onion powder – Continuing the work that the garlic powder does, onion powder adds a sweet and savory flavor note.
- Parmesan cheese – Donโt skip the Parmesan! We canโt have Air Fryer Parmesan Fried Tortellini without it!
- Cooking spray – Just a little! This helps the coating to crisp up and gives a lovely golden brown color.
