list of ingredients

Ingredients required for air fryer parmesan fried tortellini: Parmesan cheese, Eggs, Fresh tortellini, and spices
  • Cheese tortellini – The star of the show! Any brand of fresh tortellini will work here.
  • Cornstarch – Cornstarch acts as a thickener for sauces and a crispy breading for meat and vegetables.
  • Eggs – You’ll need three large eggs for this recipe. The eggs help the bread stick to the tortellini.
  • Panko breadcrumbs – Any type of breadcrumbs can be used, including plain or panko style. You can use Italian-seasoned breadcrumbs if you want more flavor. These are delicious any way you make them!
  • Italian seasoning – This blend of herbs is delicious!
  • Garlic powder – This common seasoning adds lots of warm, savory flavor to our breading.
  • Onion powder – Continuing the work that the garlic powder does, onion powder adds a sweet and savory flavor note.
  • Parmesan cheese – Don’t skip the Parmesan! We can’t have Air Fryer Parmesan Fried Tortellini without it!
  • Cooking spray – Just a little! This helps the coating to crisp up and gives a lovely golden brown color.
