  • 2 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil


  • Start by marinating the steak with minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
