  • 2 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 sprig Rosemary
  • Salt & Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Instructions

  • Start by marinating the steak with minced garlic, rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Let it sit for at least 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your grill or pan over medium-high heat.
  • Once hot, place the steak on the grill, cooking each side for about 5-7 minutes or until desired doneness.
