INGREDIENTS FOR BREADED PORK CHOPS IN AIR FRYER

Boneless Pork Chops – My Cosori air fryer fits four boneless pork chops perfectly. We used a standard 3/4 inch thick pork chop for this recipe. Thinner pork chops may not work as well, since they cook much quicker. To start, clean your chops and pat them dry so that the breading sticks to them really well.

Garlic Powder – So much flavor comes from this simple seasoning.

Smoked Paprika – I love this spice on all types of meat. Because the paprika is smoked, it gives a smoky flavor without needing to use a smoker.

Salt and Pepper – These basic seasonings go a long way to making flavorful pork chops.

Breadcrumbs – Regular breadcrumbs, rather than panko crumbs work best here to create a traditional breaded pork chops.

Italian Seasoning – A blend of Italian herbs is one of my favorite shortcuts.

Egg and Water – to get the breading to stick to the pork, we’ll use a watered down scrambled egg wash.

  1. Preheat Air Fryer for 5 minutes. This step is helpful when cooking meat, and helps to keep it tender and juicy.

  3. Combine the breadcrumbs and Italian seasoning in a large shallow bowl.
  4. In another bowl, add the egg and water and whisk well to create an egg wash.
