  • You can make this recipe with frozen ears of corn, too. Let the frozen ears of corn thaw for at least 30 minutes. Then, cook the ears of corn as directed in the recipe, but add 2-4 minutes of extra time to make sure it comes out tender and fully cooked.
  • Be careful when removing the corn from your air fryer basket. It will be piping hot! Use silicone kitchen tongs to safely remove your corn on the cob without burning yourself.

  • 3-4 ears sweet corn on the cob Fresh or frozen

Instructions

  • Remove the husk and silk from the ears of corn. Rinse the corn under cool water to remove any dirt.

  • Place the ears of corn in the air fryer basket. Cook at 380°F (190°C) for 8-10 minutes. At the four minute mark, remove the basket, shake, and resume cooking.
  • When air fryer stops, remove corn carefully from basket. Add your favorite toppings and enjoy!

  • This recipe can be made in an air fryer unit with a basket or an air fryer oven. If you are using an air fryer oven, use the middle rack and choose the “Air Fry” function.
