Recipe Tips & Tricks
- Add your favorite toppings! Swap out the pepperoni for cooked bacon or sausage. Add some cooked veggies like mushrooms, onions, and bell peppers. You can even add some crushed red pepper to the butter mixture for a little bit of heat.
- But don’t add pizza sauce. I tried adding sauce to this recipe once and it was a major FAIL! It made the pizza soggy and it didn’t cook as well. If you want sauce with your garlic knot pizza, heat it separately and serve it on the side.
- Use an air fryer pot to cook this recipe. I used this 6.7-inch air fryer pot that fit perfectly in my Cosori Air Fryer. The handle makes it super easy to take out of the air fryer, even when it’s hot (and, it’s dishwasher safe).
How to Store Air Fryer Garlic Knot Pizza
This garlic knot pizza will last 3 to 4 days if it’s properly cooled and stored in an airtight container in the refrigerator. To reheat it, just air fry it for 3-5 minutes at 330°F (165°C).
What to Serve with Air Fryer Garlic Pizza Knots
This recipe goes great with a vegetable side dish like brussel sprouts or broccoli.
